Recommended mixing ratio: 5~8 grams per liter of water. It features excellent dispersibility, wettability and suspension performance. The magnetic powder boasts high magnetic permeability, low residual magnetism, uniform average particle size and no agglomeration for clear defect indications. It must be used with a fluorescent inspection lamp. Suitable for workpieces with dark backgrounds and compatible with all magnetic particle testing equipment per standard procedures.

Water-Based Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Concentrate

Water-Based Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Concentrate
Dilution ratio 2.5% (1:40 with water). Magnetic particle diameter approx. 3μm. This composite concentrate integrates all required additives including wetting, rust-proof and anti-foaming agents with high magnetic powder content, especially designed for online automatic inspection lines.
Compliant Standards: EN-ISO9934-2, ASME V Art.7, ASTM E1444, ASTM E709, AMS 3046, AMS 3043, etc.
Features: 1:40 dilution ratio, high magnetic powder content, optimized for automatic online inspection

Yellow-green luminous color delivers clear, intuitive indications with high sensitivity. 98% passes through 400-mesh standard sieve. No extra additives required for oil-based magnetic suspensions.

Main Application:
Elite K81B series eco-friendly fluorescent penetrants support water washable and emulsifier removable processing (Method A & D). They are biodegradable with flash point over 150°C, widely adopted in automotive component manufacturing.

Product Features:
• Free of mineral oil and petroleum derivatives
• Ultra-low sulfur and halogen content
• Self-indicating; developer may not be required
• Eco-friendly: non-flammable, non-toxic, extremely low COD value
• Ultra-low background noise, low viscosity, minimal penetrant consumption

Conforms to EN571, ISO 3452, ASTM E1417, AMS2644, etc. Three sensitivity grades available to meet different process requirements: K81B1 (Level 1 Sensitivity), K81B2 (Level 2 Sensitivity), K81B3 (Level 3 Sensitivity).
