Waste Gas Treatment
Product Overview
For VOC organic waste gas generated from the fluorescent penetrant inspection process and acidic waste gases such as hydrochloric acid mist and sulfuric acid mist produced in the pickling process, a classified collection and separate pipeline treatment system is adopted: pickling waste gas is neutralized and purified via alkaline washing spray; penetrant organic waste gas undergoes oil removal pretreatment followed by activated carbon adsorption treatment. The purified tail gas is either discharged after meeting emission standards or released through high-altitude exhaust stacks. This system effectively eliminates workshop odors and corrosive flue gas, complying with environmental emission requirements.
